A show may
be cancelled at any time due to inclement weather or
unsafe conditions, to be determined by Management of Red
River Co-op Speedway.
DEFINITION
OF INCLEMENT WEATHER
Poor weather conditions, rain or
threat of rain, lightning, stormy, cold, excessive rain
prior to race day, etc.
PROCEDURE
If the show is called off prior to
the completion of one feature, the show will be
cancelled; if a show has a rain date the remainder of
that show will run the following day. In the event
of the following day (rain date) being cancelled, that
complete show will be cancelled or rescheduled. If
all heats and half of one feature is completed, this
will constitute a complete show. All remaining features
will run first on the next scheduled event.
TICKET
POLICY
Tickets will be honored for date listed on ticket. No
refund. If the show is cancelled, the ticket /stub will
be honored the next race date. If the next race date is
cancelled, the ticket will be honored on the next
scheduled show. If
there are multiple cancellations then the dated tickets
will be honored for the same amount of upcoming events.
(e.g. Three rain outs = three dated tickets can be used
over the next three consecutive regular races.) This
does not apply to NLRA Late Model, NOSA Sprint, or
NASCAR night specials.
WRISTBANDS
Must be used the next following show. (e.g.. must be
used for the rain date). If rain date cancelled,
must be used for the next scheduled show for that class.
Enduros must use theirs on the next Enduro; Thursday
shows must use their wristband the next Thursday.
